Various Stages of Construction Ongoing for Frost Terrace
Various stages of construction are ongoing across the Frost Terrace site along Mass. Ave. in Cambridge. New windows have been installed in buildings C & D and framing is underway in buildings A, C & D. The affordable housing community will feature 40 affordable apartment residences, including 13 one-bedrooms, 14 two-bedrooms, and 13 three-bedrooms. Amenities at Frost Terrace will include a children’s play and homework area. First units are expected to welcome residents in winter 2020.
