Vertical Construction Begins on Parcel 12 in Back Bay
has begun construction on an elevator core and foundation framing on Parcel 12 in Back Bay. The upcoming 2 tower project will include 325,000 square feet of office and lab space, 70,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and a citizenM hotel.
