Vertical construction underway at 7 Burroughs Street, upcoming boutique Jamaica Plain condominium and retail building

The foundation of 7 Burroughs Street, an upcoming boutique condominium and retail building located in the heart of Jamaica Plain just off of Centre Street, is complete, and vertical construction of the building is now beginning. The construction team is now erecting 7 Burroughs Street’s four-story elevator shaft, after which the building’s superstructure will be built.

7 Burroughs Street will feature six urban flats available for sale, and two commercial storefronts available for sale or lease. Flats, which are priced from $675K to $695K, will include amenities such as direct elevator access, open floor plans, wide-plank quarter-sawn white oak floors and state-of-the-art appliances. Available storefronts are 674 and 840 square feet in size.
