Vertical Construction Underway on Inner Belt Lab Project
has begun vertical construction on 26-28 Chestnut Street in Somerville, with Beauce Atlas and Local Iron Workers 7 installing steel beams. Now in development, plans call for a SF development featuring 200,000 SF of lab research space with a 2-level subterranean parking garage.
