VW Leases Nearly 200K SF at Reston Town Center
Volkswagen Group of America Inc. has signed a lease for 196,000 square feet at Boston Properties' Reston Town. With this lease, the development is 85% pre-leased. The mixed-use project is set to include around 3.5M square feet of development on the 22-acre site. Along with office space, the development is also set to include a mid-sized hotel, more than 600,000 square feet of residential development and 90,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.
