Waltham Life Science Project Secures $60M Construction Loan

Lincoln Property Company has secured a $60M construction loan through Bank OZK for their upcoming life science project at 300 Third Avenue in Waltham. The building is set to include nearly 140,000 square feet of state of the art lab/office space. The project is targeting to be ready for tenant build-out by mid-2021.
