Washington Ballet School Renovations Approved
The DC Zoning Board has approved plans for the renovation of the Washington School for Ballet at 3515 Wisconsin Avenue, NW. The school plans to raze one “wing” of the building consisting of approximately 23,696 square feet and to replace that area with approximately 25,632 square feet of area. The new space will include rehearsal studios, wardrobe/costume facilities, a physical therapy studio, new toilet rooms, and administrative offices.
