White Plains Office Complex Acquired for $105M
A 2-building, Class-A office development, known as White Plains Plaza in the city of White Plains has just been sold for $105M. The complex was purchased by from the previous owners, and DW Capital in a deal brokered by Newmark Group. Addressed as 1 North Broadway and 445 Hamilton Avenue, the two towers exclusively contain office space. Shared between them is a 6-story parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Originally constructed in 1967, the towers total a combined square feet. is parting ways with the development after 7-years of ownership, having purchased it in 2015. According to Newmark Group, this is the largest single asset office sale in Westchester County since 2010.
