Window & Facade Install Advancing for The Douglass
Advanced Window, Inc. is advancing install of windows for The Douglass in Washington, DC. The new building will offer 757 residential units along with 46,685 square feet of retail and restaurant space including a 15,000-20,000 square foot grocery store. The Douglass is the first phase of the Bridge District, set to include 2.5 million square feet to be developed into a dynamic neighborhood of multifamily apartments, retail, and offices.
