Windows Installed at Mixed-Use Development in Ybor City
The windows have been installed and the exterior is nearing completion at Casa Marti, the mixed-use development located at the entrance to Tampa’s historic Ybor City. The mixed-use building located the corner of 7th Street and Nuccio Parkway, will feature 127 apartment units as well as 6,500 square feet of ground floor retail space. The four-story building will be adjacent to Casa Gomez, a new office building, and will offer amenities including a clubroom, pet washing station and interior courtyard.
