Windsor Terrace Residential Project Receives $66M Construction Loan
Developer, , has just received $66 million in financing from Parkview Financial for the construction of a 9-story residential building at 57 Caton Place in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn. This will supplement a prior $46 million loan issued back in June by G4 Capital Partners and puts total construction costs at an estimated $112 million.
Designed by , the building will contain apartments, with approximately 25% of these dedicated to affordable housing. Units will be offered in studio, one, two, and three-bedroom configurations. Tenant amenities are to include a co-working area, a roof deck, a fitness center, and a game room.
Construction has already begun on the structure, which is set to total square feet. Back in 2020, a 3-story industrial building on the property was demolished in order to make way for the new development.
