Worcester Reactory Adds Two Additional Parcels for $4 Million
New Garden Park, Inc. has sold two additional parcels at 305 Belmont Street in Worcester to for $3,300,000 and $700,000 respectively, bringing the total parcel count at the Worcester Reactory from 8 to 10. Part of the Worcester Reactory, plans call for up to 470,000 square feet of development across 10 parcels.
