Work Underway for Hale Family Building Roof Garden
Work is underway for the upcoming roof garden on top of the Hale Family Building at Boston Children's Hospital. The new state-of-the ar clinical building will expand the hospital’s bed capacity by 71, from 401 beds to 472 total, and allow for the expansion of Children’s Hospital’s cardiovascular program and the establishment of a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit with individual patient rooms to support privacy. Construction is expected to wrap up this fall.
