Work Underway for Somerville Multifamily
After demolition of the existing service station at this site and removal of the unsuitable subsurface materials, Delphi Construction is now able to proceed with the helical pile install for Verge in Somerville. The new building, designed to meet Phius and LEED standards, will provide 50 residential units.
