WS Development Submits LOI for Massive Fenway Redevelopment
WS-Fenway-Twins Realty Venture, a partnership between WS Development, Fenway Sports Group, and 47 Brand, have submitted an LOI to the BPDA for a 13-property redevelopment of the neighborhood surround Fenway Park.
The project, affecting an area of 348,480 SF, will consist of 2.1 million square feet of commercial, residential, retail, and restaurant space in 8 new buildings.
