Zoning Commission Approves 301 Florida Avenue 

The Zoning Commission have approved the PUD application by the NRP Group & Marshall Heights Community Development Organization for their 12-story project at 301 Florida Avenue NE.

The building will feature 115 affordable units along with 3,000 square feet of retail space.  Amenities planned include a toddler room, library, and a gym.
