Zoning Update for 6 Howard Avenue
Additional land use applications have been filed for a proposed 9-story, mixed-use building, at 6 Howard Avenue in Brooklyn's Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood. This comes 2-months after the project was already reviewed by the Community Board. Further back in October, , submitted an application requesting a FRESH certification to facilitate square feet of commercial space within the structure. Developed by, , the building would contain approximately rental units, spread across square feet. Designed by, it would total square feet. The project site comes in the form of a vacant lot, which has been leveled and unoccupied for well over a decade.
