As a former MILTON QUINCY area resident. I give thumbs up to this project as I am a strong supporter of NEW construction that preserves architectural history, that is NOT knocking down older buildings on site that are most definitely full of character - proceed with this project - there is VERY LITTLE here that will cause any sort of development opposition with respect to height, shadow production, traffic increase, and the like. Though I believe any and all NIMBY naysayers in proximity to the site will most certainly whine and cry about ANY aspect of Project.
