The development team proposes to demolish the existing buildings on the site and construct a five-story mixed-use building with 10,463 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and 38 residential units.
In March 2018, the ZBA granted a Variance for a proposed development at 44 Broadway that included a 55 foot tall five-story mixed-use building with 27 residential units. Since the approval was granted the Variance was appealed and the Applicant purchased the adjacent property at 28 Broadway.
New plans also include an underground parking garage with space for 30 vehicles, a dog run, and roof deck.
