About WeWork at Brooklyn Navy Yard

63 Flushing Avenue, Brooklyn, NY

Formerly a World War II shipyard, the 300-acre complex at Brooklyn Navy Yard is undergoing a transformation into a multi-use industrial and commercial center. One such project is the WeWork building located at 63 Flushing Ave #300 in Brooklyn. The $380 million dollar, 16-story  675,000-square-foot office building is co-developed by WeWork (who will also serve as the anchor tenant), Boston Properties and Rudin Management in partnership with S9 Architecture. Surrounded by water on all sides but one, Dock 72, features outdoor terraces, 35,000 square feet of amenities and unobstructed views of Manhattan. These amenities include a 13,000-square-foot food hall, a 15,000-square-foot health and wellness center, an open lawn with games, easy access to a new NYC Ferry terminal, an outdoor basketball court, and a conference center that can accommodate up to 200 people. The building is scheduled to wrap up construction in the fall and will be one of the largest ground-up office buildings in Brooklyn in nearly three decades.
