Plans are under review for a 80-unit all-affordable multi-family building. The proposal would require demolishing the existing 36-unit apartment building, and replacing it with the 4-story structure.
The design of the new building will consist of a front elevation broken down with two four-story bays projecting four stories in height, and then the building will extend to a sharp edge, angled due to the Metro line.
The project will have roughly 4,000 sq. ft. of space dedicated to amenity space and residential service areas. There are parking and loading areas located below grade.
