Residences at St. Elizabeths East (Parcel 11) will include the adaptive reuse of seven historic, former hospital buildings into apartments (80% affordable / 20% market-rate) and will deliver in late 2020/early 2021. The lower-level space in the buildings will be converted to 14,000 sq. ft. for community uses.
