Capstone, along with its partner Quadrangle Development, is currently developing a mixed use project on a site located at 9th Street NW and L Street NW.
The $230 million project includes a 310-room Courtyard by Marriott hotel, a 190-room Residence Inn by Marriott hotel, and 230 residential units.
The project is located in the Shaw Historic district and includes the redevelopment of a number of historic buildings located along 9th Street NW.
Capstone recently completed the PUD process and is currently overseeing the design and financing of the project, which is projected to break ground in 2015.
