The former Wyndham City Center Hotel underwent a $25.2 million renovation and reopened as the Renaissance M Street Hotel. The upgrades included a total redesign of its 335 guest rooms, 17,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, great room lobby, restaurant, lounge and façade upgrade. Thayer Lodging (a Brookfield Hotel Properties subsidiary) purchased the hotel in January 2018 and renamed it The Wink. Most recently, it was remodeled and renamed to Yours Truly.
