About The Edison

NoMa, Washington DC

Developer LCOR recently completed The Edison, a brand new 187-unit luxury apartment building in NoMa sitting atop a Trader Joe’s (the grocer’s third location in DC proper and its first outside Northwest). The Edison comes with 187 units and 28,000 square feet of retail and is anchored by the Trader Joe’s. Each of the units in the six-story building range from one- to two-bedrooms with square footage that varies from 500 to 1,100 square feet. The price range starts at $1,775 per month and runs up to $3,225 per month. Amenities include keyless entry, an on-site concierge, private fitness center, and access to a car-sharing program. There is also underground reserved parking, bike storage, and a library. Outside, there is a landscaped courtyard with fire pits, an outdoor kitchen, and a custom mural created by a local D.C. artist. Construction is complete and leasing ongoing.
