1333 New Hampshire Ave NW, Washington DC
The Meridian Group and WeWork purchased the 317,371 sq. ft. Strauss Building in December 2018 for $136.5 million from Boston Properties. WeWork will occupy about 44,000 square feet of space in the building. The building's exterior and common areas will be renovated and a penthouse-level, indoor-outdoor amenity space will be added.
