Three landmark properties at 1501, 1503, and 1505 Pennsylvania Avenue are home to the Milken Center for Advancing the American Dream. Two adjacent twelve-story buildings located at 730 and 734 15th Street house the Washington, D.C., offices of the Milken Institute, and when renovated will feature a state-of-the-art conference center and event facilities. The office towers will also host other private tenants and a members' club. The American Dream Visitor Center respects the history of the buildings by retaining their character and original design elements. Updated finishes and layouts, plus the latest technology, will embody the ideals of the American Dream and give life to exhibits, programs, and conferences.
