Permit Details: Central's PVC Flat roofing system includes the following:- Removal of all existing roof materials.- Full inspection of all roof decking. Central will replace if necessary.- Installation of 1 inch ISO Board insulation (R-6.2) with screws and plates.- Installation of an .080 mil PVC Energy Star heat welded roofing system over ISO boards- Installation of PVC coated drip edge on eaves of roof.- Installation of heavy gauge coping metal on the parapet walls as needed.- All pipe boots and chimneys will be re-flashed.- Lifetime Warranty from the manufacturer.- All trash and debris will be removed completely.Labor warranty for all flat roofing work will be 10 years against leaks unless specifically over-ridden elsewhere. The manufacturer's warranty willpreside over any possible material defects.Notes:- Upper main roof to receive 2.9 inch ISO. Skylight curb will be increased to accommodate new height.- Lower walkout roof to receive 2 inch ISO with DensDeck cover board- Side bump out roof will be done in 2 inch ISO- Coping metal on main upper roof will be replaced with new. Section on the right (looking at home from the rear) that is not shared with neighborwill have a larger 8 inch reveal in order to cover exposed wood.- Lower walk out roof to have coping metal re-used due to adjoining deck. Coping metal will be re-sealed but it is advised that it is periodicallychecked.- It is recommended the skylight is replaced due to age. If it is not then it will be re-used and re-installed but will not be covered by any warranty.- On front mansard roof a slate will be installed where missing.- Front gutter to be inspected, cleaned out and screens will be installed. If there are more issues they will be presented for homeowner'sapproval as a change order prior to work commencing.- Copper vertical section of siding on front shingle roof to remain.- Rear walk out roof to be done in Gray .080 membraneUpgrades:- Replace existing acrylic skylight with new double pane glass, fixed Velux skylight- Replace rear walk out roof gutter with new 6 inch seamless gutter with 3x4 inch downspouts and Leaf Relief gutter screens.
