The DC USA complex - modeled after Harlem USA - is home to a mix of regional and national retailers, such as a Target (180,000 sq. ft.), Best Buy (33,000 sq. ft.), Marshalls, Bed Bath and Beyond and a Washington Sports Club. This development project is the largest retail project in DC and opened in March 2008. The project also features an attached 1,000 space underground garage (400,000 sq. ft.). The DC Government issued $40 million in TIF to fund construction of the garage.
