About Upton Place
4000 Wisconsin Avenue NW, Washington DC
Upton Place will be the adaptive reuse of the existing 493,000 sq. ft. office building (c. 1987) into 689 residential units and 100,000 sq. ft. of retail space. A portion of the existing building on the 4.16-acre site will be razed, an addition will be built and the existing underground parking will be retained. The final project will result in an 821,000 sq. ft. mixed-use development.
Construction is expected to be complete in Q4 2023.
