Deanwood Town Center will consist of two buildings totaling 183 residential units and 16,000 sq. ft. of retail space. A 151-unit residential building with 10,000 sq. ft. of retail space and 143 parking spaces will be built on Parcel 1 (71,981 sq. ft. site). A 32-unit residential building with 6,000 sq. ft. of retail space and 3 parking spaces will be built on Parcel 2 (13,619 sq. ft. site). Building 1 will feature a 24,600 sq. ft. second-floor courtyard above two levels of parking (143 spaces). Building 2 (located on Parcel 2) is located at the northwest corner of Nannie Helen Burroughs and Division Avenues. Of the 183 residential units, 61 are designated as replacement units for the Lincoln Heights & Richardson Dwellings future redevelopment. Most of the units will be deemed affordable with 18 being market rate. The unit mix will include 3BR, 4BR and 5BR units.
