About Bryant Street Phase I
Washington, DC
Bryant Street is located along Rhode Island Avenue (Route 1), a major inter-city boulevard commuter route that runs from Dupont Circle through the 14th Street/Logan Circle, Shaw, and Bloomingdale neighborhoods before exiting northeast DC to the Maryland suburbs of Hyattsville, College Park (University of Maryland) and beyond
The first phase of this development will include building approximately 345 residential apartment units and 47,000 square feet of retail. The project plans for a retail-activated plaza oriented to the Metropolitan Branch Trail and the new pedestrian bridge, providing access to the Rhode Island Avenue metro station. MRP will be targeting a health club as one of the lead retail tenants for phase one.
The development is ideally located in northeast DC at the nexus of four growing neighborhoods: Edgewood, Eckington, Brookland, and Brentwood, in Ward 5, which is the political district of the majority of northeast DC.
Bryant Street benefits from its location adjacent to a Metrorail Red Line Station.
