The remainder of the subject property is undeveloped. The Applicant has won approval to redevelop the subject property with a mixed-use building totaling approximately 711,807 square feet that is to be constructed in two distinct phases. The project will provide up to approximately 805 new units and various non-residential uses, including retail and service establishments including an animal boarding use on the ground floor, as well as a nightclub, bar, cocktail lounge, and/or restaurant, on the penthouse level.
