Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor, southwest Florida’s newest destination, will provide 785 guest rooms, including 189 Sunsuites™ and 596 premium rooms. Guests will have access to 20 dining concepts ranging from fine dining, casual and quick service. The resort will feature two pools, state of the art fitness center, full-service spa and salon, along with the championship level Aileron golf club which is exclusive to resort guests. Additionally, the resort contains 60,000 square feet of meeting and event space, the largest ballroom features 14,000 square feet of unobstructed waterfront views. Construction was delayed due to damage from Hurricane Ian. The resort opened December 15, 2023.
