Downtown St. Petersburg will see a new exclusive condominium community. The Julia, which will be located at 100 4th Avenue N., will offer 19 residential units. The first four floors will contain a parking garage, the residences will come with a mix of floor plans and will be located on levels five through 17. The larger units, called Sky Lofts, will be 2,070 square feet, will have a second floor and feature 20-foot floor-to-ceiling windows. The “Flat” units will offer 1,905 square feet of space. The Julia will feature one penthouse, a 3,132-saure-foot unit on the 18th floor with panoramic views of downtown. The penthouse will feature a lanai, four terraces and three bedrooms. The top floor will contain the pool and amenity space. The project will include a carousel parking structure instead of a traditional parking garage. The parking system, using technology from Parkmatic, that will allow residents to park on a platform and the car would be lifted and docked in its parking space. Completion is anticipated in 2025.
