A new 35-story condominium tower in downtown St. Petersburg, Saltaire, offers 192 condominiums, as well as 9,000 square feet of ground level retail space. The residences sold out a little over a year before the slated completion date August 2023.The development includes an amenity deck on the seventh floor above the parking garage which has 596 spaces. The site is next to the Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront Hotel, on a former surface parking lot. Kolter, the developer, built 205 parking spaces for the hotel as part of the sale. Construction was completed in August 2023.
