Terraces at 87th, a development that will feature 92 new luxury townhomes, is coming to Northeast St. Petersburg.. Groundbreaking is slated for this summer at the corner of 4th Street North and 87th avenue. The three-story homes, 2,207 square feet, will be available in four-bedroom units or three bedrooms plus a den, three bathrooms and a rooftop terrace accessed by an exterior spiral staircase and a four-car garage. With an eye towards a sustainable community, each home will offer energy-efficient solar panels, gas stovetops and pre-wiring for electric vehicles. Optional features offered are a rooftop patio and jacuzzi. Community amenities will include a pool and sundeck with cabanas, grilling areas, fire pits and a fenced-in dog park. The site, formerly a mobile home park, also includes two retail buildings, a new Verizon store and a second building that will be a restaurant. Move ins are expected in early 2024.
