The SkyWay Marina District in St. Petersburg will be the home of a new boutique senior living community. The Manhattan will offer sweeping panoramic views and spacious, light-filled floor plans, modern design and smart technology in all condo-style homes. The nine-story Manhattan residences feature one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,050-2,600 square feet of living space. Plans call for 195 residential units and 48 assisted living units, 111 units will be offered in the first phase. Community amenities include a heated rooftop pool featuring cabanas and lounge seating, Skydeck with twin bocce courts and poolside services, fitness center with full-service gym, juice bar, and aerobics and movement studio, 116-Seat auditorium and theatre, full-service spa with massage services, beauty salon and barber, convenient pet curbing areas and walking paths. Existing buildings on the site will be demolished prior to construction.
