Construction is ongoing at Tampa Commerce Center, an industrial park in east Tampa, with easy access to I-75 and I-4. When complete, the park will include four state-of-the-art industrial buildings with over 600,000 square feet of space. Phase one, which is complete, involves two buildings, 100 and 400, constructed simultaneously totaling over 400,000 square feet. Building 100 is 150,000 square feet with rear loading and 32-foot clearance. Building 400 is 250,000 square feet with cross-dock loading and 36-foot clearance. Measuring 78,640 square feet, Building 200 will have 24 dock doors, 2 dock ramps and a 60-foot speed bay. Building 300 will have 28 dock doors, 2 dock ramps, and a 60-foot speed bay in its 122,850 square feet. Both structures will have 32-foot clear-height ceilings and tenant office buildouts.
