A 60-story, mixed-use tower, set for 400-420 Marin Boulevard (420 Marin Boulevard) in Jersey City, New Jersey. It will offer rental apartments, available in studio and one to three-bedroom configurations. The building will also have a large amount of retail space, including an 85,000-square-foot ShopRite supermarket on the 2nd floor, and a number of other retailers on the ground floor. Plans further call for a 3-story, enclosed parking garage, as well as a storage area capable of holding 422 bicycles. Tenant amenities are to include a fitness center, a rooftop garden, a swimming pool, tenant lounges, a children's playroom, and a dedicated event space. The tower will become the 5th tallest building in Jersey City upon completion. The project comes as part of the multi-phase Hudson Exchange redevelopment plan.
