To be known as "Constitution Logistics Center", it will be purpose-built to provide warehousing space for distribution operations. The facility will be situated just 10 miles from I-95, making for easy transportation access. It will also be located within a 30-minute drive of both the Port Newark–Elizabeth Marine Terminal, and Newark International Airport. The new development will replace a 2-story, 100,000-square-foot office building at the project site.
