A 45-story, Class-A office tower, located at 1301 Avenue of the Americas (1301 6th Avenue) in Manhattan's Theater District. Originally designed by Shreve, Lamb & Harmon Associates and constructed in 1964, the building was first known as the Crédit Lyonnais Building. It was later renovated in 1989, with Skidmore, Owings & Merril (SOM) serving as the renovation architect. In addition to office space, the tower contains retail space on the ground floor.
