A 15-story residential building, set for an unimproved corner section of a full block lot at 1451 Washington Avenue in the Bronx's Morrisania neighborhood. To be known as "Sol on the Park", it would exclusively contain affordable housing units for seniors. It would also have community facility space in the form of a health facility, and a nutrition education center. The proposal comes as part of the HPD and NYCHA's "Seniors First" RFP, which seeks to redevelop sites in Morrisania as well as Crown Heights, Brooklyn.
