A 2-tower, residential development, going up at 1515 Surf Avenue (alternately addressed as 2910 West 15th Street) in Brooklyn's Coney Island neighborhood. Consisting of a taller, 26-story tower ("Building 1"), and a shorter, 16-story tower ("Building 2"), connected by a parking deck, the development will contain both market-rate apartments and affordable housing units.
