A 21-story residential building, set for 300 East 41st Street in Manhattan's Murray Hill neighborhood. Developed by Turken Foundation and known as "Turken House", it will be used as both a Culture Center and a housing facility for Turkish students studying in Manhattan. Single and double occupancy units will span floors 4 through 15 and 17 through 21. The building will also feature ground floor retail space, social activity areas, a private praying area, a study room on each floor, and multiple bicycle storage rooms. The structure has been designed to achieve LEED Silver Certification.
