A 9-story, Class-A life-sciences laboratory, set for 309 East 94th Street on Manhattan's Upper East Side. Constructed at the birthplace address of Yankee legend, Lou Gehrig, the facility will be known as "Iron Horse Labs", as a nod to the baseball great, whose nickname was "Iron Horse". The project entails a major renovation and an expansion of an existing, 5-story commercial building. The building will feature double-height research and lab spaces, multiple loading bays, outdoor terraces, and a plaque commemorating Lou Gehrig.
