A 9-story residential building, set for 334 East 176th St. in the Claremont neighborhood of the Bronx. Known as "Baez Place", it will contain affordable housing units for individuals living with mental health concerns, seniors with histories of homelessness, and low-income individuals and families. Units will be available in configurations, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. Building amenities will include a community room, commercial kitchen, gym, laundry room, tenant lounges, bike room, library/computer room, outdoor green space with raised planting beds, and a rooftop garden with a greenhouse. The structure will have 28,993 square feet of community facility space, and supportive as well as social services will be offered for tenants.
