CIM Group and Macklowe Properties, in partnership with Rafael Viñoly, are constructing a condo-filled 96-story and 1,396-foot skyscraper located at 432 Park Avenue. Attached to the tower will be a ground-floor cube which will hold 6,600 square feet of retail space over two floors and will be lit up at night. It’ll also connect to an additional 20,000 square feet of retail space in the condo tower via a 30,000-square-foot underground concourse. 432 Park Avenue is the tallest residential building in the western hemisphere and provides residents with spectacular views of Central Park, the Hudson and East Rivers, Atlantic Ocean, and many iconic Manhattan buildings and avenues. The interior design was conceived by Deborah Berke Partners, feature 12'6" ceiling heights, expansive 10'x10' windows, and private elevator landings. Master bedroom suites include windowed bathrooms with marble floors and walls, custom carved solid marble vanities, freestanding soaking tubs, radiant heated floors, and adjoining dressing rooms.
