A 19-story hotel building, located at 444 Park Avenue South in Manhattan's NoMad neighborhood. Originally constructed in 1920, the building was previously a 13-story office building. Between 2016 and 2017, it received a 6-story addition and was converted into a luxury hotel. The hotel is currently branded as Mondrian Park Avenue, and in addition to guest rooms, it contains a restaurant, known as "Cleo", and a rooftop terrace known as "Mondrian Terrace". The building also features a fitness center and bookable meeting rooms.
