A 21-story, residential tower, set for 267 Bond Street in Brooklyn's Gowanus neighborhood. Known as "Society Brooklyn", it comes as part of a two-building development. Located just across the street to the south, the other building is a 21-story tower, which will be known as "Sackett Place" (addressed as 498 Sackett Street). *Note: BLDUP has a separate page for that building. Society Brooklyn (267 Bond Street) will contain apartments, offered in studio, one, and two-bedroom configurations. A select amount of these units will be dedicated to affordable housing. Tenant amenities are to include a wellness center, an outdoor swimming pool, a roof terrace, and an expansive waterfront park. Plans also call for ground-floor retail space, 15,999 square feet of manufacturing space, and an enclosed parking garage. The project site is alternately addressed as 488 Degraw Street.
